On the positive side, this clock looks great, ..... BUT ..... TOO BAD IT DOESN'T WORK RIGHT! Terrible customer service when trying to resolve my issues with their product! Unfortunately, what I've learned about this clock company makes me wish I'd done expanded due diligence BEFORE I made my purchase.
