The are perfect for trimming the grass around my individual pavers. They are sharp enough to do quick, accurate trimming and strong enough to cut through one half inch dense moss with grass on top. They were just what I wanted, something like a pair of scissors that I could use in the garden.

These scissors are beautiful and super sharp. Would advise wearing gloves when using these. They cut through a decent stem thickness also. Good addition to garden accessories and works quite well.

Used for 2 weeks and blades came out of the handle. Picture LOOKS like the blades are screwed into the grips, but the screws are just decorations - blades are glued into the grips. I re glued the blades back into the handle, but it held for only another week. These scissors are not sharp enough to cut leaves off a tomato plant, and that's a job my cheap "everything" scissors in the junk drawer can easily do. I was going to get a new pair of Coronas to do my hand trimming, but liked the look of these shears. The old adage "looks aren't everything" holds true here.
