The HorseShoe Garden Wagon was a joy to use. This was our second Garden Wagon, the first was a poorly designed Utility Wagon that failed to perform (was falling apart) on it's first work day in addition to having a flat tire 10 minutes into the day. Our first week of tasks involved moving long boards over uneven terrain, heavy concrete blocks, heavy boxes, fun ride for the children (we added padding for this ride), odd shaped items and much more. The steering of the cart enabled movement into tight places, the tires rode over terrain that had flattened the tires of a pneumatic tire cart, the sides easily flipped down or were removed as required for moving different items. This garden wagon helped us throughout a busy two weeks of use as we completed our first project using the cart. Finally got the parts that were missing. I am usually quite good at assembling but found these instructions very difficult. After putting about half of it together, I asked my handyman to finish.     • Putting this together is ridiculous :(

The instructions are just wrong. The tools are incorrect sizes. It’s difficult to find the right wrenches to hold the top and one to tighten the nut. If you follow the video you wouldn’t have any bolts tightened. It’s just ridiculous they don’t have the correct instructions or provide two cheap wrenches to put it together with. If you tighten the handle and front assembly you can’t turn it so you have to leave those bolts loose and hope they don’t fall off with use. The mesh is not all that heavy and the spot welds can break from the frame during assembly. I got it together with a 13mm and 1/2 in ratcheting stubby wrenches. Once the Jeanie is out of the box you probably can’t get it back in to return it. Watch the video. Use two wrenches and pay attention to the one long bolt with the slotted head as it goes in the front assembly with the center bar. Good luck! It is a decent yard wagon if you succeed! ... show more
