This wagon fits very well inside my small car with ample room for other things, to open/collapse it is insanely simple (I can do it with one hand!), it can carry a LOT of stuff (I have already had to move classrooms after the year started), and it's easy to navigate. I am still learning how to pull it (it's a user issue, NOT a product issue) without bumping into things. Teachers, if you are looking for something SUPER great for your car for personal use or for lugging your work stuff to and from your car...please do not look any further. I highly recommend this wagon -- it has saved me countless trips!! I will say that the time frame to open the product is about 1.5 seconds, and the time frame to collapse it would be 3-4 seconds. Ordered for transport of grandkids sports equipment to events but it has come in very handy for other uses. We decorated it for a parade and used it to haul chairs back and forth for our yearly festival. It is very sturdy, pack and unpack and has bonus drink holders on front. I have been using this cart for two years now, and it is perfect for my needs. I cannot drive, live in a high rise apartment building, and I use a cane. It is difficult for me to carry much, due to my disability. I have used the cart for everything from bringing groceries to my apartment, taking my laundry to the place down the street and back, moving pieces of small furniture, moving large garbage items to the trash room, etc. It rolls easily, folds easily, and has caused me no real problems (other than one); and after two years of frequent use, it is still in the same condition as when I purchased it. This summer, I used it to bring about 15 cases of Coke to my apartment, and it was still easy to roll and maneuver. My only issue is that you cannot roll it if it is folded. If you try, it will fight you, like you're its enemy. I would just like to be able to fold it up and pull it, so when I take it in a crowded elevator, I will still be able to fit it AND roll it. I just roll it to the car I'm taking and fold it then, but it would easier if I didn't have to. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I'm updating my previous review to account for the company's response and their efforts to make the issues right with my previous purchase (in regards to the negative experience I had with the first product that was sent.) The company contacted me and offered a resolution. I received their updated product and I have to say, "WOW!" Someone at their offices has been reading customer reviews and taking them seriously! Although the replacement wagon I was sent was a bit smaller than the one I originally ordered, the design concept far exceeded the one I previously purchased! It is compact, easily fitting into small storage spaces. The flatness of the design makes it perfect for storing under the bed, in your vehicle's trunk or in your closet; without taking up too much space at all. I LOVE THAT! Also, it folds more easily than the previous model. Just lift up on the center handle and it folds right in. Easy to unfold too. Just push it down and the center stays flat this time, not like the previous one. No constant pushing it down or it popping up while rolling. I also, love that they added brakes to the front wheels. No more of the cart rolling away from me the moment I turn my back to get the rest of my groceries from the car. I can't help but give this model five stars for the design improvements, the fact that it arrived in a new, unused condition AND the efforts on the part of the owners/customer service reps to rectify the situation. I got an excellent sale price for the larger wagon under $100 at time of purchase. Features: Spacious, and can be used as a multi functioning wagon. Holds a higher capacity of weight/load of up to 200/220 LBS. Tires are wide and stable to roll easily on all terrain. Steering, and wheel traction is accurate and effortless. This wagon has been built with very strong nylon, water repellent material. This wagon unfolds easily and is easy to assemble. Instructions are readable and clear. I haven't used it a lot; but thus far, it's made carrying large water packages and gallons much easier. It was easy to pull out, unfold and put together. It also has a carrying case that this wagon folds into. However, I am finding this wagon to be just a little too big and bulky to fold into that little tiny carrying case. No matter how I try to consolidate the wagon so it' fits inside the carrying bag. Since the jury is still out on folding this wagon into the provided carrying case, I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. It’s well worth the money and peace of mind if it holds up for the next 5 years. ... show more

I purchased this wagon because I was moving into a unit on the 4th floor. This wagon has helped me haul so much stuff into my new place! It is really durable and easy to use. I’ve been able to collapse it with ease and put it in my trunk. It does not take up a lot of space at all. It comes with a handy storage bag that can be used to stow it away when not in use. It was definitely worth the money. The handle is easy to use and extends. Just be careful when pressing the side buttons to not pull the handle out completely. Overall amazing product!
