Glad I did...yes it took some maneuvering (laid down on bed) to get full fastened but it is a comfortable, really firm fit. Does not dig into my bra line/ribs/or hips. I have great posture in my car and at my desk job. I can take full breaths and feel so secure that all my 'organs' are nice and tight in their place as I usually tend to slouch! I added a heat cream for added benefits. Just started wearing so will need to see what results are after months of wear but I intend to wear during my weekday work days and workouts but leave off on weekends. It’s a good product and it’s is doing what it’s made to do. I just regret buying a large, next time would definitely be a medium. I prefer it a bit tight so other than the sizing issue. It’s a good product and worth the price. The support is there I guess. The trainer is comfortable and not itchy at all. Oo the only other issue is the straps. The clips and zipper is nice but I wish the straps were elastic so it can be adjusted tighter. ... show more

So when I first got it it looked like it wasn’t going to fit! I wrapped it around my waist and it was no where near where i could hook it up. I got a large. Then I decided to try again with this time pulling on it a little more. It stretched, then let me hook it, and i was able to zip it up. I didn’t realize the back of it was so tall, and at one point it was digging under my shoulder blades, and then i decided to pull it down more and its been okay ever since. After wearing it all day it still stays zipped but the clasps underneath are no longer hooked, but doesn’t affect the overall wearing. I honestly think that if i had gotten XLarge it would have been too big. I actually wear this because the band they gave me after my hernia surgery has worn out. This product feels good, and helps keep my stomach together. I haven’t tried working out in it, but overall I wear it all day while im at work and feel no discomfort. ... show more

I ordered this because I liked the way it was designed with the clamps and the velcroro ensure a secured fit.. I purchased a medium but it was too small so I would suggest getting a size up and adjust it according to your level of comfort.

As a M2F male, I was unhappy with my belly protrusion. I've cut down on my food portions over the past 6 months and started walking a month ago with no tangible results. I saw this shaper and thought I'd give it a try. The day it arrived, I tried putting it on and could only connect the bottom hook & eye closure and zipping it up wasn't possible. I planned on returning it but was so busy with work, I didn't get a chance. A few days later, I thought I'd give it another try. I was still on;y able to connect the bottom hooks, but wore it for the day. After 3 days of using just the bottom hook, I was able to connect all of them. But zipping it up was still not an option for me. On day #5, I was amazed to be able able to zip it up halfway and was glad I hadn't returned it. I haven't used it long enough to see if there's any permanent change, so that's why I gave it 4 stars. After a few months, I hope to see some permanent changes so I can rank it with 5 stars. ... show more
