I was really shocked by this product and the quality. I love it! I'm 5'5 and 180 lbs. I ordered a large and initially was worried that it wouldn't fit. But I love the hook feature! Worn it for two days so far. Good quality, but thick so not good to stealth in unless you wear baggy clothes. The bottom rolls a little but just make sure its tucked in and it's fine. Update! Worn this for not even a week, daily about 8 to 12 hours. It is showing signs of wear quickly unfortunately. The material is durable. Comfortable to wear. I expect to be able to wear for long periods of time without discomfort, I will update that assumption in three weeks. I ordered a medium and I am 180 5’ 4.5” and fits a little big for a waist trainer. So, I returned it and got a small. It is reflective in the image with the maroon tights. I will update in three weeks. August 6, 2020 Update: It is still working wonderfully and fitting as tight as it did on day one. I love this. If you are size 16 in jeans and have belly this is the max the 3x will cover. If any bigger don’t waste your money. at first i thought it didn't fit me but once i tried again got it on.
