It's a little smaller than I expected. It's about 1 ft tall and is a little hard to get prizes into. It's very user friendly though. We bought this for our 5 yr old who is obsessed with claw machines. His younger brother who is 3 has already figured out how to play it as well. In our experience the best prizes are dum dum suckers, smarties, and rings/bracelets. If it's much bigger than that, the claw can't grab it since it's small as well. This product was bought early for a Christmas present and when my granddaughter got it, it didn’t even work. What a total waste of money and a piece of crap! I love Amazon, but don’t waste your time on this toy!!!!!

My seven year old daughter is fascinated w the claw machine at arcades. I took a chance and bought this for her with no reviews (which I never do!) and it’s great! We have been playing with it all weekend over Easter and it’s still going strong. It’s small - so you’ll need to put tiny items in thru a hole in the back. You cannot take the top off to add toys inside. The USB cable is a must and makes all the difference. Hopefully it’s still working a month from now but initial thought is five stars! Christmas Day my baby opened up a broken toy. The very cheaply made chain that attaches the crane to the unit was snapped in half. Sent it back to “ Santa” to get her a new one and the second doesn’t work at all. It won’t turn on or move or anything. The audacity to charge that much for such a poorly made item. The media could not be loaded. The red light on the back turns on to indicate that it has power once it's plugged in, but nothing happens when I switch it on and insert one of the toy coins. Totally useless piece of junk. Update: the replacement that was sent to me does function, but it arrived all dinged up and scuffed. There's visible damage on both the front and rear clear acrylic panels. When I tried to opt for another replacement, the only option it gave me was a refund.
