This unit is advertised as quiet. What? It's so loud, we have to turn it off in order to watch TV, listen to music or sit with visitors and have a conversation. We can't return it because it was delivered in a severely damaged box. We're p***ed off by the false "quiet" description of this unit.

Keeps the room very cool, and I notice it’s kicking on and off when needed so I’ll be saving money without using the 6k BTU constantly on.
