Love this little machine - it’s super quiet and does a great job with getting the dishes clean. Installation was a little tricky - getting it set at into the proper depth to align with the cabinets. The bottom, at the toe kick, is recessed about an inch back compared to the base cabinets, but honestly it’s not a big deal, and this could be remedied with a custom-thickness toe kick built-out to align with the cabinets. Also, at the depth that mine is set, to be flush with the countertop edge, it’s impossible to see the digital display to see how much time is left on the cycle, but also not a big deal - just listen for the beep that signals the cycle’s end. I read many reviews stating "item arrived damaged" but really liked the look of this dishwasher so we took the chance. Item arrived on time, and packaging look fine from the outside. After removing packaging it was obvious it was handled very well. Both upper corners of the door were damaged. I decided not to mess with the hassle of a full return, really wanted some form of partial credit but that doesn't appear to be an option. Installed the dishwasher, which was pretty straight forward. Very quiet operation, easy functionality control panel and holds a fair amount of dishes for an 18" unit. Will likely order a second unit(hopefully arrives undamaged) and put this one in the camper or shop. ... show more

    • I have 3 Broken Honeywell dishwashers in my garage
DO NOT BUY THIS DISHWASHER. I have had three of these in the past 6 months. All three have broken due to no fault of my own. Too honeywell's credit, they have sent me a new one each time, but after the third one broke I was so tired and so fed up I'm just going to have to buy a different brand. Now I have three dishwashers that I have to PAY to dispose of. This dishwasher is literally putting me into financial hardship. Not to mention I had to install three of them and rip out three of them. It has caused me physical and emotional stress when I just wanted to be able to do my dishes. Please do yourself a favor and buy anything other than this brand. Each of the three dishwashers had a separate issue, so I can only imagine the heartache and trouble others are experiencing. I cannot in good conscience recommend this to you and your family. Or you'll be like me and have most of your garage taken up by scrap metal that you need to pay to dispose of. ... show more

This is so quiet and really washes my dishes well. The installation instructions were missing when I purchased so hopefully they have corrected that. I gave it 5 stars because I do love it. I wish it was easier to load bowls though and it arrived damaged with a couple of dents but Amazon gave me a little off for that Other than that it is perfect for me because I live in a small home and my kitchen and living room are one room. It doesn’t interfere at all with conversation or listening to TV. I am off grid solar and it is very efficient. ... show more

Bought this dishwasher for an older home that was built without a dishwasher to go in place of an existing cabinet, so I needed something other than the standard size and this was perfect. I have now been using it almost daily for at least 2-3 months for a single person home and it has more than enough room than I need. Works with both powder and liquid detergents. It looks great, is quiet, cleans well, has various cleaning modes to shorten cycle time if desired, there have been no leaks, and the price was unbeatable. What more could you ask for? ... show more

    • Dented, long delivery
The box was damaged but I thought that the machine would be packaged well so that it would not be affected. Unfortunately the stainless door is dented and what a pain to return. So sad. It is very cute if it wasn't dented.

    • The controls aren't friendly
The controls can be confusing until you learn that some of the options only work with some of the wash cycles, and even then they are still confusing, for example: The manual says the ENERGY SAVE option reduces energy consumption for Heavy and Normal wash cycles (only) but also says the ECO wash cycle is the most efficient in energy and water consumption for 'normally soiled tableware.' Does that mean its best to run a load of normally soiled tableware on ECO or Normal with Energy Saver on? If you accidentally swipe across the Delay button you must tap it 23 more times to cycle back to No Delay. This dishwasher is installed beneath a counter so you don't see the controls until you open the door, which is the desired aesthetic, but the Program button does not indicate whether it is set to Start or Cancel when you close it so we end up having to wait after closing the door each time to determine if it started or is doing the pre-Cancel 60 second drain. We bought this for the size, and it fits where it needs to fit, and it does work, so we're not looking to replace, just inform. ... show more
