Bought mower and cam shaft was defective so they sent a replacement motor. I have not received it yet. Hope to get soon (authorized dealer) it been over a month. This is my 5th mower and it the first to have a problem.

    • Used once, never started again.
The media could not be loaded. First use was for about an hour and half. The mower never start again. Vendor says to go to Honda repair shop, well the closet one is two hours away. Returned. I have this same mower (HRX217) for twenty years and never had an impossible start issue.

I believe I will love this mower. Although the Snapper I had was still faithful, it had become so heavy to operate Not this Honda. It is much lighter. Started first crank out of the box. With of course oil put in first. The only down side was the shipping. The dates quoted to receive shipment were not even close to what they said. And apparently there is no recourse with Amazon. ... show more
