Seriously, no negatives. These large totes arrived on time and no damages. I just stuff a twin (5" thick) foam mattress into one. I know I looked silly wrestling in. The sides bulged out, but I was able to get the lid in place and then used duck tape to reinforce it and hold the lid down. That may not sound like its a good product, but I just stuffed about 115 qts into a 112 qt bin that wasn't meant to hold it! I am impressed it handled the job and nothing broke. the bins are well designed and sturdy but the top lid was broken up bc these bins are not packed well enough. Packing box nice and durable, however, nothing between the bins and boxes so if mishandled or dropped during processing and/or shopping then bins get danaged

I have purchased this twice. Once in 2019, and again in 2024. The containers I bought in 2019 are 5* amazing. The one I purchase in 2024 is 1*. I hope its a hit or miss, but the newer order feels thinner, flimsy, and the handles fall off frequently. The plastic on the tub isn't fully cut.
