You can dress this up to look expensive. I did not purchase on Amazon, but for me the price was right. It was either $2,000 for solid wood or $500 ikea style. The item comes in two large 150lb boxes. The pieces are all numbered. I open it all up and lined them up 1-32 and then I put the hardware into their own bowls. I then had to large screwdriver and also my screwdriver gun set to low torque. YOU MUST FOLLOW instructions! Go slow! The bottom piece goes together first and then the top piece. You will need help lifting the top onto bottom. The cabinet was definitely the wrong color for my cabin. Since this is NOT wood I was not able to stain. I pained it the color of the wall to blend in. I bought new hardware. I’m trying to find a film to cover the windows. I bought the knobs on Amazon. I’m happy with how it looks. No you are not getting great quality. So don’t let the kids climb all over it. I think you know what I mean. Check out the before and after pieces. Total assembly took 4 hours by myself. ... show more
