These are somewhat thinner and smaller than what I've been buying in the big box stores, but they work well. A new use I have found for them is as a hankerchief! I just suffered a round of seasonal allergies with a severe running nose and these were so handy! Way better than tissues because they're so soft. I also use them on my new wet/dry sponge mop. I wet them in a cleaning solution, attach to the mop, and clean the floor. Very easy and I don't have to buy wet cleaning cloths. ... show more

Most shop rags you get from most vendors for a lower price are like tissue paper and don't absorb much. Most are see-through and not made very well. Many disintegrate in the washer - first time. Having worked with professional mechanics for many years, I know even the laundry service rags in a shop are NOT what they used to be. SO I decided to get these for shop rags. I think it was a smart move. These are thicker than regular shop rags (thinner than top quality microfiber towels), BUT the size is accurate - and consistent for all 100, the edges are sewn well so they'll withstand at least a few washings, they absorb a LOT more than standard cloth shop rags, and at $0.26 each, I won't feel bad if they get torn, lost or stained beyond repair. Disposable (paper) shop towels average $.08 each. You can only use them once. If these last through three washings (which they should - easily), I'm ahead of the game. ... show more

I bought two packs of these because I detail and you could also use them around the house. They’re very soft. They’re very thin. they absorb somewhat well. I use them for really dirty things and then I throw them in the washer and most of the stains. Come out of them some stains don’t but it’s not a big deal since it’s a cleaning towel or rag. tell quality I give a three star because it’s OK it’s not great but it’s not bad and I do like that. There is a lot of of them so if one gets stained really really bad bad from say car grease you could just easily throw it away and then you have like 500 left. ... show more
