They were stuffed in a box and i thought “ this isn’t what i was hoping to get “, they seemed so small and thin, but when i got them wet, they expanded. *UPDATE** I came back to adjust my rating because it wasn't fair. When I did my first review I had just taken them out of the box and they seemed small and thin, however once I put them in water and used them ( duh) they actually plumped up and I was pleasantly surprised at how durable they are. They are not as big as the sponges I would buy typically but they work great and do swell up to a Normal size once wet.. *Prior review* Just note that these sponges are extremely thin so it might make more sense to purchase a different brand for a bit more money to get a real sponge. I haven't used it yet but I'm sure that these sponges will be one or two time uses before they fall apart based on the thickness. ... show more

These are super interesting sponges. Know that once you cut the bag open, all the sponges are going to expand. For those of you who are aware of they come in a vacuum sealed bag. The sponges aren’t like typical cliché spongy material. It’s actually almost like a microfiber, teeny tiny sponge like the holes aren’t as big as a normal sponge that you might get at Costco. I personally really like these bunches because they don’t fall apart as easily, but they’re definitely not as strong. That’s why you would typically be used to if you bought the massive pack from Costco. I think these are a lot more clean though compared to those. ... show more

This product is total garbage. They say "large sponges," in fact they are tiny sponges that do not even work. I will never buy anything from Homexcel again.
