This couch came in 2 large boxes. I liked that it took me literally a half hour to assemble this with my daughter. The color is spot on. Very nice fabric. The wood is a cheaper wood as well as the legs are cheap plastic. I like that if I want to change the way the couch is arranged, all I have to do is take it apart and do so. Very nice. This couch is large but not fluffy but is good enough to serve its purpose. Hopefully will prevent my kids from sleeping on it. I gave 4 stars for comfort because it is more on the firm side. And I gave 4 stars for sturdyness because I feel after a while, the legs may break. It's just not a great couch. You get what you pay for but like I said it is very pretty. I read some of the other reviews before purchasing and they were correct. I have a carpet so the couch wont slide apart but it is made that if I had a plain floor- it would definitely slide apart. This is a great sofa for someone starting out or with no kids or pets. I can see that wear n tear may happen quicker than normal. Gona do another review in a few months after using. ... show more

I thought that this would be nice and lasting but within the first three months there were problems. The cushions slip out from under you. The cushion for your back fall in between or easily get crushed. Material is so cheap it tears from pulling... so it started tearing bc of the velcro and now stuffing is coming out. I thought I could fix it with sowing but the material behind is like a weird shedding felt. This couch is just horrible. I didn’t see all these bad reviews when I purchased it. Please skip this. First off, the couch arrived more than a week sooner than it was saying, so that was a huge plus. It was super easy to put together and it's comfy. We like a firm couch and that's what we got. It does seem to be on the cheaper side as far as the materials go. The legs are made of thin plastic and some of the wood doesn't seem like it's going to hold up but maybe a couple of years. ... show more

I needed an inexpensive couch due to having 2 dogs who do not know the meaning of the word "gentle". It was simple enough to put together. The other reviews are 100% correct in that the seat cushions don't stay in place. I bought a roll of carpet grip padding and cut to size. That works well. Velcro didn't work at all because it didn't stick to the fabric. My only complaint is that the material on the base ripped under the cushion on the end of the chaise part. One dog has decided to use that as her hiding spot for all her toys. My concern is that it will get so bad that the cushion itself falls through. Other than that, I like it. Ok so I will start by saying that for $599 this is a nice couch. The material is soft, the color is a pretty light gray & it seems to be a pretty good quality. The downfalls: the couch is two separate pieces with nothing holding the lounge to the couch, so on hardwood floor it slides everyyyyywhere. I'm sure it's an easy fix but definitely something that is worth pointing out. Also, the cushions on the lounge also slide everywhere. I recommend purchasing some utility strength Velcro when you purchase this couch because you're going to need it. The comfort level is ok. The back cushions are very firm and puffy so it makes the part you sit on pretty shallow. If you're a tall person with long legs this probably won't be comfortable for you. (I'm sure the cushions will flatten more in time and be better.) The corner and lounge are more spacious and comfortable. Also it's a bit straight up and down for my liking. I like the backs to lean back a little so you are in a more relaxed position. The ottoman is not currently available but when it's in stock i'm going to to buy it to create more of a longing, put your feet up and relax type vibe. ... show more

I don't write reviews. Must have ordered 100 times from Amazon. Too busy, but had to comment on this, mostly because I always read reviews before I buy, so feel I should contribute. First, easy to assemble. 6 bolts per section, plus 4 feet, that's it! Everything came covered in plastic bags, which made it clean, in perfect condition. It's big, when assembled. Pay attention to assembled dimensions, they are exact, so it was perfect size for us. It's not tall, it's not short, the cushions are correct height. We use a area rug under the front legs, on a tile floor. It doesn't slide. If it did, I would simply put double stick tape on the feet or glue some non slip rubber on them. Problem fixed. Since its one color, we use a 48"×30" striped ottoman to add pizzaz. The little pillows we use on our king bed as decorations. No slipping. Problem solved. All the seat backs are velcroed in place...wonderful! During assembly, we noticed there are holes to either assemble this are chaise on the left or chaise on the right. Very smart and cool! Maybe we move sometime and need to switch. Also noticed all the seat cushions have zippers, so they can be removed and cleaned. Cool! Which reminds me, we are going to scotchgard it once a year. And best of all, It looks like a sectional costing $1000's. The small cloth pattern is very cool and stands out. The tufted seat cushions add style and dont have buttons, which usually get torn.
