These are okay. They collapse as soon as the items are removed. This can be a gift and a curse. In its collapsed state, you can easily store it. It seems pretty sturdy, I guess. I wouldn’t recommend carrying a heavy load in it for too far. The material is a little weird. The outside is like a canvas material and inside looks like plastic or the underside of an iron-on patch.     • Attractive, but flimsy with no inner supports

Our previous hampers lasted many, many years, and likely would have lasted longer if the kids hadn't climbed inside them. As a result, the sides lost became flimsy and didn't stay up. They also developed mold at the bottom of the basket, which is understandable. But we got a solid 5-6 years from our previous hampers. We chose these based on their appearance, They're more attractive than the plain khaki color we had before. The 75L is slightly smaller than our previous one, but still a decent size to hold laundry for two people throughout the week. What was most noticeable was its thinness - the material is very, very thin. On top of that, there is no additional support at the bottom to keep the hamper open. Our previous one came with a stiff board that goes on the bottom to keep it flat and give it extra strength. This one didn't come with anything, so you have to rely on just the hamper itself. It stays up for now, but I would be surprised if it stays up after a few instances of carrying it up and down the stairs. That said, it's a good temporary hamper that looks nice, but is not a long-lasting item if you're looking for something durable. If I could do it all over, I would get the next size larger, and look for something that is thicker and has more support. ... show more

I replaced my kids laundry baskets with these. I bought them while they were on sale. They are one of my new favorite purchases! They are so sturdy and stay upright. I will often have wet towels or clothes on the top of them to dry before placing them in and it stays upright under their weight. They are large and can fit at least two loads in them. I love the look of them and they are a nice thick quality which I wasn’t expecting. The best part is when I’m lugging them down 2 flights of stairs to the basement I can loop my arm thru the handle and carry them on my shoulders. I highly recommend them and can’t tell you the number of times I have thought about how much I love them. ... show more
