It was delivered overnight and packed very well for shipping. I checked out the pieces as I unpacked it and found no imperfections. The assembly instructions were clear. It took me longer to unpack it than to build it. The only detail that isn’t obvious until it’s built is that the shelves can only be used one way. I really like this shelf! It doesn’t take up much space, shelves are adjustable and can hold a lot! The shelf liners are flimsy and cheap so I don’t use them. The hooks are nice to hold my apron and my bag holder.

I needed a shelving unit for a certain space. It was a bit confusing to put together. The plastic pieces that hold the shelves up are difficult to make them work properly. I don't know how most of the reviews can say it's easy assembly. It is not.. I will keep it and can make it work for me.. I will probably change the shelves around. I bought the 21 inch wide X 59 inches high. White. The photo on Amazon are a bit deceiving as the items must be miniature size to make that much room between the placement of shelves and just the look in general. The seller did reach out to me and was extremely helpful. They also pointed out the quality parts used to when putting the tubular structure together. ... show more

Many cheap plastic parts broke in shipping. Assembly is technically simple, but designed in the flimsiest and most inefficient (for the purchaser/builder) way possible. The plastic shelf liners you are intended to put on the shelves easily crack at their corners and will stain, permanently, from just about anything. Overall product dimensions are very slightly inaccurate to the product's description due to the slots for the support poles, this resulted in the shelf not fitting in the spot I had carefully measured before purchase. Actual shelf dimensions are, again, misleading: They are designed in such a way that any item that would completely fill or slightly exceed the platforms won't fit, due to a metal railing. No, you will not be fitting your cutting board on this, nor many other extremely common larger kitchen items. The foot platforms are unstable, even when the shelving unit is perfectly aligned otherwise. They are very small and wobble easily, which produces that wonderful metal echoing noise we know is a risk with these products, but hope to avoid due to sturdy construction at the base. Or not!
