This is a really nice quality resistance band set. I especially like that it came with the ankle straps and handles, which are easy to switch out between the bands. This set has been a great addition to my home workout routine. I would say, though, that it's definitely geared toward beginners resistance-wise. I mainly use the "heavy" band and "medium-heavy" bands, and I wish that there was at least one more band that was even heavier. ... show more

I've been wanting to tone up but didn't want to buy a bunch of bulky weights to have laying around for me to trip over. Then I saw this set of resistance bands. The product and program are great. Got for my teenager who has been working on herself lately. In the privacy of her own room of course. This was a way to support her without being over bearing, and she's been extremely happy with it. Great alternative to weights too (while she's still living at home).

    • I don't believe the weight is correct, but they work.
My 10 year old tried them out and could easily use the 2 highest weight ones, my lean 14 year old had to combine them all and felt some burn when combined (hard to wrangle though), and I don't feel any burn at all even when I combine all of them. We are not a family of insanely strong people, so I don't believe the weight listed at all. It's more like 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 for a combined weight of 50, or maybe even 10, 15, 20, 25 for a combined weight of 70. The only reason I gave these 3 stars is because the bands are thick and feel sturdy, as do the straps. However, they are far too easily stretched. There isn't much tension in them. I've been using them for ankle therapy and they work decently enough for that, except that they roll easily and pinch. It says not to stretch them past 3x their length, but that seems to be easily possible for a tall person depending on how it's being used. I may update my review as time goes on with continued use. I can say that they feel more durable than other brands I've purchased locally in years past, but don't even offer half the tension of those various other brands. ... show more
