The color is a lighter shade of red. These are basic quality items so 25 items for $25 is fair. 10 of the 25 items are individual measuring spoons and cups. Great for a housewarming gift as it covers almost all the bases in kitchen-utensil needs. Great interaction with seller!

All the utensils are super sturdy, except for the ice cream scoop, but hey, I cant complain.
