They are super nice. They are definitely the most affordable dining chairs I've seen. My one complaint is that due to the color it is very easy to get food or dirt stains. When I was assembling it, it immediately picked up dirt from the floor which I was not able to clean up with just rubbing alcohol. But I did remove it with a harsher cleaner and some good scrubbing. The wood comes unstained and unsealed, so you can stain it if you like. It came a week early, which was a pleasant surprise. Very easy to assemble. Although it did not come with instructions it was very straightforward. All you do is screw the legs/base onto the seat with washers and bolts. It comes with a small wrench (and the nuts and bolts) to help you attach the legs to the seat, however I had to also use my crescent wrench since some of the bolts on the legs were kind of loose. I strongly recommend. As for comfort, they are ok. They definitely don't hurt and they aren't awkward to sit in, but the the seats are uncushioned plastic so what can you expect. They remind me of the chairs that they have in schools. They kinda feel like that. I plan on making seat cushions for mine. These chairs updated and modernized the look of our dining room for a fraction of the price. We have children, and struggled with keeping our upholstered parsons chairs clean, hence why we opted for these after trying them at an AirBnB. We were concerned that the white would stain easily, but so far, we’ve been able to keep them looking great with regular cleaning. They are comfortable but they are very lightweight- not a super sturdy piece of furniture… we feel safe sitting in them but I am not sure what would be their weight limit. We have owned these for over a year- we have had to retighten the hardware, but no parts have fallen off or bent / deformed. Overall, great value. ... show more

Like many other people that purchased these chairs, I misunderstood the seat height due to the bucket shape. When seated in them, I found them to be too short to fit my dining room table properly. I really liked them and didn’t want to send them back. I placed the chairs on top of wood boards to get the right feel while sitting at the table, and determined they would need to sit just over an inch higher to fit right. It doesn’t seem like much, but it is definitely a noticeable difference. After scrounging around the internet to find a way to do this, I found that gorilla swivel feet could be attached but would only add 0.75” of height. Back to the drawing board, I came up with a quick DIY solution that works great! You will need the following: 2’ length of 1/2”id schedule 80 pvc pipe 16 M6x45 button head bolts 1 can Krylon Fusion spray paint Blue thread locker #24300 Acetone or brake cleaner Hacksaw The pvc pipe is strong and has very thick walls, providing the same inside diameter as the plastic nubs on the bottoms of the chairs, and the same outside diameter of the round supports for the nubs. Best of all, it paints easily if prepped right. I used a hack saw and easily cut 16 pieces of pipe that were each 1.25” long. I then chamfered the cutting debris off the edges by hand, stacked them on a string, hung them outside, cleaned them with acetone, and then spray painted them. Once they were dry, I pushed the pipes onto the chair bottoms in place of the included black plastic spacers. I then assembled the legs to the seats using the longer bolts (and a dab of thread locker) with the flat washers and lock washers that were included with the chairs. These chairs are exactly what I needed to upgrade the chairs we have been using with our IKEA table. We sit at this table a ton to homeschool and we needed bigger seat that still looked minimal. Very happy with these chairs and especially the price. Arrived super quick and easy to assemble.

    • Terrible product from a terrible seller.

First, let's talk about the products themselves. When I pulled these out of the box, I immediately noticed how flimsy they felt. I figured, well, they were just about the cheapest dining chairs on amazon so I wasn't expecting great things anyway. Then we started trying to assemble them. My husband is a skilled tradesman and handy man so normally I don't even worry about assembling items, the man can assemble anything. Not these chairs. They are so cheaply made and even the screws and screw holes are threaded opposite directions, making assembly impossible. Whats worse, when we did manage to get one half way assembled, my husband (who is not a large person) sat in it and it looked like the legs were going to buckle under his weight. We immediately packed them up and started the process of getting a refund. That was ten days ago and the boxes are still sitting in my living room. Why? Because the seller wanted me to pay return shipping (I bought two of these sets and the boxes are HEAVY. No) and a 15% restocking fee. Meaning my refund would basically be non existent. They sent me a return label that requires postage. I have contacted amazon about it three times now and they have contacted the seller but every time they do, they tell me I have to give the seller two business days to respond before they can help me again. The seller messaged me to ask for pictures of the "screw holes"... What a waste of my time. How are they going to be able to see that they are threaded the wrong way from a picture? They aren't, they are just trying to keep me on the hook until their 30 day return policy ends so they can say there is no way they can help me. Amazon says they will refund my shipping costs, but first I have to borrow a truck (boxes won't fit in my car), drag them to a shipping carrier, pay for shipping, and then wait for them to process a refund for the shipping. This has been such a headache, just save yourself the trouble and buy *LITERALLY* anything else. Or, as another option, take the money you would spend on this, get it in cash, and then just light it on fire. ... show more
