The weight is heavy enough to chop burger while cooking and stir thick mixes, but comfortable enough not to cause issues with the arthritis in my hands/wrists. The different size options for any mixing/stirring job. I actually started using these for most of my cooking because they don’t scratch my pans and are sturdy. Great quality product! very flexible and easy to use. The food doesnt seem to stick to it and its easy to wash! However one of the colors i ordered came in with a little stain on it which im not happy about. overall its a good product but i will have to return one of the items.

All one piece.... nice weight and feel.. sturdy for all uses.. nice color selection while cleaning out utensil drawer of old spatulas I started taking apart my 2 piece spatulas and oh S%$# disgusting...never use those again... I believe they are high heat tolerant as well
