Got rid of our plastic containers and purchased these glass ones and so glad we did. They don’t stain and are the perfect size for a household of two for leftovers etc…. The lids are easy to snap on and off and seal tightly. The lids aren’t microwaveable but I just put a paper towel over the food and then microwave our leftovers etc… They keep vegetables fresh longer than the other containers we have had. After a month of use I have to say I’m still quite impressed! They arrived nestled in a secure package and in absolutely perfect condition. The glass is nice and thick and the snap on lids are just as well made. They are my new go to for leftovers! I also noticed I’m not wasting anywhere near as much food because instead of having to open lids to peek inside, I can see at a glance what’s inside! That’s a BIG PLUS in my book. These are a bit smaller than I thought they would be, but you can pack a lot in them. They also stack and store much easier and save a lot more space. They have been great to go from the fridge to the microwave to the dishwasher. I love them and have had no problem with them and they have replaced my plastic Tupperware! They have remained durable (and for me that is really saying something, durability is very important to me!) They don't spill easily. They are easy to clean and care for. I had been looking for size, not ounces and this mixed set is what I need to store food in the freezer. The glass is heavy and the lids close well. The lids should be removed before using them in the microwave. It is recommended that the lids be washed by hand for longer lasting. I washed and filled one with food, sealed it and no issues there both to seal and then to open it. There was a small card included with instructions that should be followed to avoid quality issues later. They make sense... If well taken care of, the set should last a long time. UPDATE.
