I purchased two of these chairs for Christmas. One in black/white and one in pink/white. They were surprisingly easy to assemble. And are far more comfortable than they look. I love the reclining mechanism that works like a car seat. A little lever you pull to lay back, pull it again and the seat easily returns to an upright position. The pillows are comfortable but I feel the head pillow could stand to be a little bigger. They’re very sturdy as well. All in all I love these chairs and plan on buying another one. ... show more

Here's the thing, I'm a college student with a limited budget and an annoying back. I mostly bought this because of the neck pillow and the high back support. So, as a chair plain and simple, it is okay. Comfortable yes, but not very confidence inspiring. It wobbles, stuff doesn't feel like it is in place as it should be, it has a tendency to lean forward and creak (on day one of use). The controls are very clunky which I expected for the price. Oh, and then there is the assembly which was a bit of a nightmare. The instructions are merely arrows or lines, with at best some part numbers to help you out, which is fine... The bolts themselves are extremely fragile however and even with the included hex key/Phillips combo can be snapped in half. I managed to strip one bolt and snap another clean off under normal assembly. This in itself wasn't a big deal since you can just go and buy better bolts but even after that things just were very wobbly. I'm not 100% sure I'm going to bother keeping this even at this price. Another thing or two I should mention is the material First off, it stinks which is to be expected Second, it DOES NOT breath at all...Seriously, it will make you sweat really bad really quick. Third it's cheap, showing signs of stress after less than 2 days of use and in some areas before I finished assembly it even appeared slightly torn. Here's my verdict, this chair is in fact worth the money if you are aware of what you're getting into (which I was). That said, there are better options out there and even as a budget chair for gaming/office whatever, this just isn't all that great. If you happen to be in a sorta tight space with it, you'll be tripping over the MASSIVE wheels pretty often (or at least my wife will). The chair is fairly good looking but also out of place in anything but a racing simulator (which I'm sure you don't care about because this is a gaming chair not an executive chair). The seat itself is firm, but not rock hard. You could easily use this for long periods of time if you don't mind the strange forward tilt. Bottom line, if you want it, be careful assembling it but go ahead and try it. This isn't exactly expensive and comparable chairs at my local electronics stores are 4x as much. If you're looking for a quality version of this I'd HIGHLY suggest trying other options first. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Originally I had purchased this chair wrote the above review and had some issues then returned it. However a few weeks ago Homall reached out to me asking me if I'd be interested in a review sample. I accepted because I am still a broke college student who needed a new chair. They've been very kind to me and I appreciate them doing this. With that out of the way let's update this. This chair didn't have bolts that snap with the slightest of twists which I was very glad about. I was able to assemble the chair 99.9% of the way before encountering an issue which when I did was pretty minor (the plastic pieces that cover the metal sides didn't fit right, I'm sure with some persistence this can be remedied. I am actually sitting in this chair right now and it is definitely comfortable and seems sturdy enough. I will say if you're putting it together please for the love of god use different tools than the one provided. I ended up using my socket Allen set to put this together which prevented further issue. The back of this chair does require a fair bit of torque to prevent the thing from being wobbly so bare that in mind. As long as you follow the directions and are careful the chair should go together fine. I will continue to keep this updated as I use it, the only reason I have not updated this to 5 stars is due to the plastic pieces and the tool. If possible this would only be about half a star in my opinion as you can never really expect those to be perfect. All in all for about $100 shipped this isn't a mistake as long as you're careful during assembly. ... show more

My boyfriend loves this chair, I got it as a Christmas gift and built it for him! The quality seems very well, and it was easy to follow instructions. You probably need two people to build it so be warned. I got the red and black one! His nightly gaming sessions have increased and last a few hours 3-5 so I assume it's comfortable. ... show more

My back was hurting from sitting for hours in a soft dining chair to do my work at the table. I decided to get a sturdier chair and one more ergonomically designed for spending a lot of time in it. This chair really did the trick. I wanted one of the lovely colors, but I got the black and white color because it was the cheapest. It is still very attractive and well designed. I have to comment on the ease of assembly. I am a senior female. The instructions were fairly clear but I had to rely on the illustrations because the parts were not labeled/lettered as in the instructions. I still had the chair together in about 40 minutes, first time and without error. The chair is sturdy, the castors roll easily. All mechanical parts are covered with smooth plastic covers. It is easy to adjust the angle of the back and the seat height. The lumbar support and the head support can be adjusted with the elastic straps The back adjusts from bolt upright to nearly parallel with the floor. The textured plastic arms are not padded which is my only criticism. I really dont use them and may actually remove them. The chair freely spins 360 degrees and it is easy to get in and out of it. The padding is firm, not hard. You do not sink into it, but it has enough give to be comfortable. I like to rest my feet on the legs instead of the floor. Although I have only been using it a week, I am already experiencing less pain from bad posture. At this point, I do not hesitate to recommend this chair. If I have any updates about function or longevity, I will update this review. I'm happy with my choice. ... show more

It looks just like the picture and is exactly what I was aiming for. I found it very easy to assemble. The arm rests, though not adjustable, are very comfortable. They're "hard padded", have a gentle downward lengthwise curve, and a shallow widthwise concave design that cradles my arms. The seat padding is firm, but not hard. It took my "bony old behind" a little while to get used to it, but it's a dream compared to the 20-year-old office chair that it replaced. The "winged" back and seat, combined with the lumbar and neck pillows, make it feel like sitting in a sports car bucket seat. Go for it! ... show more
