It's not bad. The heating pad doesn't work. The display comes on but it just doesnt warm up and i have had it on high setting for over 30 minutes now. The box stays plenty warm with just the heat lamps though. I do wish the thermometer mounted, but thats minor. There could be a better slot for the heating pad cord, but again minor. It does its job. We got the large version and all 5 English bulldog pups fit comfortably at birth, won't fit for long, but they also won't need it for too long so that works for me. ... show more

I use this for neonate kittens. Without this they would not have survived. Not too happy that I was so expensive for a few pieces of plastic and lightbulbs but that’s the way the world is ready I’m happy with the product tho

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the door is very flimsy. Overall it's an excellent value for what it costs, the heating pad is even and has a 12 hour timer. Love the pad it comes with and all the extra accessories. Honestly like if you're considering a last minute incubator- get this one! ... show more
