I wanted to love this machine (literally) but the first time I used it with my wife I was far from impressed. We use some bigger toys and at first they just didn't feel very practical. They weren't anything that it shouldn't be able to handle and indeed, it wasn't exactly that the machine wasn't strong enough, but the physics of the thing are complicated. The first big issue is the legs, they twist, they turn and the whole thing moves away while you try to use it. Pretty quickly though, you start to realize that this isn't really the fault of the machine. The forces involved do not lend themselves to stability. The solution I found was to build a platform to put the machine on. It's incredibly simple and comfortable to use, but it is necessary to use it properly. The machine is incredibly solid and sturdy for what it is but in this style it needs help to stay in place. The picture should explain everything you need to know but keep in mind, the board extends far under the blanket and towel I have over it. The next issue is strength, every time I tried to use a script it would stall and I would have to restart it. To fix this I had to change the steps a couple times until it stopped doing that. This affects the top speed but I don't have any issues with how it moves. The strength of this machine is that it is an option, and that customization is possible. The final issue is the software. It isn't compatible with x toys or anything like that. But the app included does have a lot of neat features and if you take the time to get to learn your way around it you will be happy. I'm glad I stuck with this machine. It takes a little work to get right but if you want a machine with remote play, user made scripts, and one that can handle large toys well with an adjustable on the fly depth, this is your best option. Anything better is still very new and cost at least a couple thousand more than this. I just received and tired (; the Hismith Premium 3.0 Pro. The machine is robust and light; it is also ultra-quiet! I tied the Masterbator attachment and gave my wifey an unbelievable time with one of the realistic attachments. We used the Hismith app, which was very easy to set up. There was an easy remote control mode, but we were happy to discover and enjoyed some community-uploaded programs, which made the experience truly hands-on. Highly Recommend! ... show more

I’ve had this for a few months now and there are so many 5 star aspects like: The power/thrust, its absolutely amazing especially if your trying to up your game and use something a little thicker. This can defiantly power through. You can adjust the length of the stroke (not on the fly) you have to stop and adjust which is super easy. Adjusting height and angle is also easy The speed goes from 0-100. This is whisper quiet at <60 and at higher levels if you have some medium level music/show on no one outside your room will hear it. My only complaint is that I am a solo user which make adjusting tedious. Also, the “feet” are absolutely awful (again as a solo user). They constantly slide especially at higher speed. Overall I still highly recommend this and once its step up and not sliding its absolutely amazing and well worth the money ... show more

I spent quite a bit of time researching machines as I did not want to get burned on a cheap one that disappoints but was cautious about shelling out $400+ on something I wasn't sure my wife would like. Overall this machine landed in the sweet spot between positive reviews and price. A few months later and we use this fairly frequently. While my wife was skeptical, she has since come to really like the machine. It seems to be easier for her to hit the right spot every time. Some assorted thoughts: 1 - Shipping was discrete and machine came with a nice carrying case. Instructions were adequate. 2 - Machine is pretty powerful, I have yet to see it stall. 3 - We definitely have not hit full speed, at best maybe half speed. 4 - Toy quality is great as are the attachments we have. 5 - I wouldn't call it whisper quiet or anything but its certainly quieter than some of the cheaper options we've seen. A tv or music at a reasonable volume drowns it out. 6 - We have the remote and app controlled version although my wife tends to like to use the regular dial herself. The remote control is fine for what it is but doesn't have the fine tuning of the dial. The app is actually pretty cool and Hismith has tried to create a community around the machine so you have people uploading various patterns that can be played through the app. Some of these are quiet good. 7 - We've had two issues since getting the machine a - I could not connect bluetooth unless I was about 6 inches away. Customer support sent us a replacement speed controller which arrived within a couple of days which solved the problem. They did not have us return the original one. b - Just as we were setting up the machine a few months after owning it, it stopped moving. Customer support worked with me over a few days through email sending me a replacement power supply and then eventually another speed controller which solved the problem. 8 - Customer support is amazing. They tend to respond around 10-12PM EST however work with you to diagnose the problem over email. They will ask for video recordings if needed and will send out parts quickly if that looks like a fix. I'm sure there is a ton more I could say but overall I'm very pleased that we took the chance on this machine. ... show more
