Great pump for the price. You get a great seal for excellent suction.if you are new to this, thy to do some interval training Don't over do it so. Eventually your get to 30 min and have girth as wis a the cylinder. They have a great LED display screen to play at night or if you might be at a BH. This is actually my 2nd one. I accidentally put too.mitch line and it seeped into the . Here are a couple of my favorite thigss to do. Super hot shower, take off your jewelry to get the best girth, use silicone lubricant, and use a narrow ball stretcher to keep your testicles from being sucked in.     • Prostate Cancer And The Pump
I don't usually comment on things from Amazon but this time I will make an exception. I had prostate cancer in 2012 and decided to go the radiation route versus surgery. For a year I was totally impotent and the procedure and everything that went along with it was done. Here is where the sexual journey begins. I am now 72 but still wanted to have a sex life. Maybe not like when I was young but some form of it. I am cancer free now but having an erection sometimes seemed virtually impossible. I have tried the pills and eventually after much hesitation went with the Tri-mix injection. That wasn't as bad as I thought but also did not work with lasting or solid erection results. I recently through my doctor was advised to try the pump. I decided to try this less expensive pump at first then see what happens. I have been using this pump for about a month and here is what I found out. TAKE IT SLOW! Use the lowest setting first and don't try and do this just before sex. I use it as a work out for my blood flow to my penis. I use it daily if possible alone sitting up and for no more than 20 minutes. Use plenty of water based lube on your self and the opening before starting. Don't try and push your penis in a placid state into the opening. Use the rubber end that might seem a little smaller than the bigger one. Push your penis just into the opening. Turn on the pump to 1 and it will pull your penis into the tube. MAKE SURE TO HOLD YOUR TESTICLES DOWN OR AWAY AS IT ONCE IT SUCKED MINE INTO THE OPENING AND WAS EXTREMLY PAINFULL REMOVING THEM. Sort of funny but not. Go slow until you see what works. This is another recommendation. Use "No Hair Crew" cream for hair removal of the testicle and penis area. This will make a world of difference in how the pump stays full of suction and will not keep pumping to maintain the correct amount. Last but not least a pump will not make you longer but it will over time build up your penis so that the blood flow will work and you will get an erection before and during sex. I quit the shots and now use the pump daily but before sex I just use 10mg of Cialis and I am working my way back to a normal erection but this has been the most successful so far. I can now have sex with a very good erection. This pump is all you need. This pump works great if you use it the right way. Don't be afraid to try it. If you are around 7 inches and 6 inches in circumference... Do find a larger one with the same make and model. Because this pumper really does an excellent job! And give one an even all around pump. Unlike those hydro pumps 😖 Just remember!! WARNING ⚠️ START SLOW, and work your way up gradually. And by this I mean TAKE YOUR TIME 🙏 Because this pumper can hurt you if one quickly jumps ahead.     • I was skeptical but it is working for me. The suction is strong.
For years I was skeptical of penis pumps, thinking they were a gimmick. But after some research into improving penis circulation in your middle age, I found pumps referenced, so I decided to give it a try. This product is easy to use and the suction is very good. It hurt a bit the first time I used it, but I assume it was my skin getting used to the stretching. It's been fine after that. I've always used the manual setting to date. Initially I never went past level 2 as the suction seemed like enough and I worried about adding more pressure. Gradually, I've increased to level 3 but have yet to try level 4. I start with a little lube but mostly use a heavy dose of coconut oil. I do some jelq stretching after each set and then a bit more after the last set - using 1-2 penis rings as well. On off days, I still do jelq stretching after I shower. Between the daily stretching and the pump, I can definitely see the change. Not so much in length but more so in girth and that I have less shrinkage than normal, which is nice to see the fuller unit in the mirror or my hand. My wife had commented on it looking larger even before she knew I was using these methods. And recently she told me that she can feel the difference when having sex, in that it feels better. My current routine is to do this about every other day. I do 3 sets with a few minute rest between them. My first set goes to level 2 and usually about 2.5 minutes.
