First, I game this tape a 2-star rating for EASY TO REMOVE because in my case, I don't want to remove it easily. Isn't that what double-sided tape is for? Second, this is great tape for the platform in a 3D printer. I have tried hair spray, contact cement, various glue types, and other double-sided tapes. THIS IS THE BEST! I’m too excited! My feet tend to slip up, down, and sometimes completely out of my pumps. It’s not that my shoes are to big; leather stretches over time. I had been trying to use office-grade double sided tape to place at the heel of my pumps, but the tape would not last long at all. There are products specifically designed for this use, however this tape tends to be either super expensive and or just a few to a package. But wait! I thought “there has to be a better way!” Yessss! I bought this tape and voila! My shoes stay on my feet. The roll of tape allows for me to adjust the amount of tape I want to use for each shoe style! No more slipping up and down! This is such an answered prayer!!!! I trust this tape on my Louboutins, Vince Camuto, etc. It was a little difficult to separate the protective paper from the tape at first. But I fixed that! I used a pair of tweezers and it lifts right off. I’m one happy lady! ... show more

It’s all friggin great. The only difference between different brands of duct tape seems to be price, color and stickiness. Some brands are stickier than others, which can be either good or bad depending on your application. This is medium low stickiness and has been great for every application I’ve used it. 👍🏻 ... show more

This is excellent double sided tape, exactly what I was wanting, thin strong tape. Unfortunately it was tooo strong for what I was using it for, taping puppy pee pads to the floor (she wouldn’t stop moving them… sigh!) . I taped the pee pads to the floor and she still played with them and the tape naturally stuck to the floor and ripped a big hole in the pee pad and made huge messes with the absorbable powder all over the place! NOT good. The tape is also very difficult to remove from our tile floor…. To sum up, I’m sure I’ll find a new use for this tape, it’s too good of quality to return. ... show more

My cat was constantly getting on a countertop and pushing vases off of it. I searched and read that double sided tape is a great deterrent for cats. He experienced the tape once and has not been back on my counter! Very happy with this purchase.

I have learned to read reviews before pulling the trigger and I did so in this case. But the price was right and I wanted the second 2 inch roll to give to a friend. I wasn't going to use it for anything but light jobs so I figured the criticisms didn't pertain. Wrong. Maybe I got a batch made just before quitting time on Friday but it's been nothing but frustration and disappointment. This tape didn't adhere to even the smoothest and cleanest of surfaces like cardboard. BUT, it did leave a sticky residue behind when my artwork fell off the wall after just a few hours. I had occasion to try it out on some other things when I first opened the package (curtain hem in a pantry, rug backing in a closet and wrapping some material atop a corner curtain rod near the ceiling.) Failed every time. However, it's great at sticking to itself and getting gummed up. But, that's any two-sided tape so I can't fault it for my learning curve. I am old enough to remember what actual Hippies were like and it was always disappointing to hear them espouse one philosophy while practicing the opposite. They were all two-faced. I don't recall the Hippy movement with any nostalgic fondness. Rather, I came to regard the culture as self-indulgent, lazy and hypocritical. Hippy-critical? The point is, I've come to mistrust anything branded as "Hippie" related. But, I figured the low-level requirements I had for this product would not be a factor in this case. And, like I said, the price was right. In the end, I found this tape is well-named. Like the hippies themselves, it has no "stick-to-it-iveness."
