The media could not be loaded. I wanted to wait before I posted a review because I wanted to ride it for a while and six months later I am still happy with purchasing my Himiway. I did a lot of research first due to the price and I needed a e-bike that was lower to the ground because I’m 5’1 and this model was the perfect height for me. I was concerned because everyone said it’s a heavy e-bike which it is but it’s so well made and after riding it for awhile to me I love the weight because it just feels solid and so easy to control. On the video was my first time riding it so I was a bit nervous but now my husband and I (he has a different model) we ride them everywhere and took them RVing with us. Himiway also sent me a lot of gifts which I didn’t expect at all. Nice surprise. The gifts just kept coming and I was so happy. I did purchase a basket for mine because I go to the grocery store right across the street and I purchased a lock. And surprisingly I was shocked the seat absolutely doesn’t hurt after riding it for a while like some seats. I think this Himiway has the top of the line seat. Overall I highly recommend Himiway and their customer service was so helpful when I was trying to add the basket on. I haven’t had any issues with my Himiway. The power and speed is perfect for me. I think Himiway thought of everything when putting this e-bike together down to the horn. They also sent me some additional pedals and a longer handle bar if needed. I’m short so the original one was perfect for me. I recommend getting yourself a pair of bike gloves just for comfort. So this e-bike is perfect for me and easy to handle. I definitely recommend Himiway. I can’t really say value for the money because there are less expensive e-bikes out there but height was a huge concern for me and several of my friends have Himiway and highly recommended them. ... show more

This is a quality bike love it! Not for small people fairly heavy. Bought 2! cast wheels are great! Had issue with tire popping off bead but sanded rim and better now. Good power I weigh 300 and Carries me very well.. leather trim on handlebars is classy! Would definitely buy again!

This moped is an enjoyable ride. Given that it's not so great as a bicycle they ought to just do away with the gears and make it one fixed sprocket. I was pleasantly surprised that it could handle the hills around the neighborhood. It feels perfectly comfortable at speed no doubt due to the suspension, large tires, and its substantial weight. The biggest downside I've encountered is the battery gauge. Its not terribly accurate, and is subject to jumps up or down. I'd guess it's just based on voltage; a notably poor way to determine remaining battery capacity. They should use a coulomb counter (like your phone) but clearly don't. ... show more

This bike is exactly as described. I'm very happy with it. The quality of the bike is excellent. Good value for the price and it's easy to ride, although quite heavy. I'm especially happy with Customer Service. I had a couple of questions and they responded right away and were very courteous.

Ride mine on level 1, and I live in a neighborhood with lots of hills. It is plenty fast on level 1 and climbs huge hills with ease. Awesome on trails. Love the tires. This is just a cool bike. It looked intimidating at first (size and weight - it is a heavy bike), but I'm 5' 3" and it is a perfect height for me. Easy to stop and control. I recommend googling "The Tinkering Turtle" on Utube if you need any help or advice putting this bike together. He has videos from A to Z on the Escape Pro. His videos are perfect and cover every inch of this bike. Have fun! I love it!!! ... show more
