These are nice chairs. They're sturdy but comfortable. Only 2 complaints. Assembly was a real pain. If you buy these invest in a 1/4" ratchet and allen head socket. You won't be able to use it on some of the hard to reach bolts, but it will cut down the time. You'll also want adjustable chair levelers as none of the 5 I bought were level. The instructions were horrible. Purchased 3 or these for my kitchen island. Because of the instructions, the first one I assembled took a couple hours. Once I figured it out, the other 2 took about 45 minutes each. I put a lot of furniture together in my lifetime and these were up there with the most difficult. If the instructions were better, it would have taken half the time. That said, they are very nice. The color is a green gray which is exactly what I wanted. The seat is nicely padded. They creek when you sit on them but stops once you're on. Cannot speak about longevity. Haven't had them long enough. ... show more

I'm very pleased with this chairs. Sturdy and look great. The instructions to out together fall flat. Nothing is labeled well. The seat portion and the piece it attaches to is very difficult to understand how it's put together. A label of top and bottom would have done wonders. The instructions are a few pictures with only one written piece of instruction... "Do not tighten all the way at this point" The first chair took me almost 2 hours to our together. We went to a local furniture store to shop for counter height stools for our kitchen. Found these and placed the order priced day $357 each. I wanted a photo of them so I searched online and found these on Amazon for $121 each. The store couldn’t come close to that price. The arrived a week later. My husband assembled them while I was at work - pretty easy. They are sturdy and look great. We’re going to put a fabric protector on the seats. Love them. ... show more
