Took a couple of hours to put together, but relatively easy. Pillows are thick and comfortable. Nice material that drys quickly. The pillows are attached top and bottom that stops them from sliding around. Very happy with the purchase.

i absolutely love the color fairly easy to put together, we love these chairs because they have a 5 inch very firm cushion. easy out for us older people . so many are very much lower and cushions 3 inches deep and too soft. the fabric used seems to be of good quality. so far so good!

We had a little trouble with the screw holes on one of the sides lining up. The problem was taken care of promptly by the company. The chairs are very comfy. The fabric seems a little wrinkley, but they are nice looking overall and did I mention, comfy!

VERY DIFFICULT TO PUT TOGETHER

Update: Seller contacted me immediately and explained that they would have to replace the entire tool packet in order to replace the ratchet insert. They offered to do exactly that however! But they cautioned that it would take time to arrive and were concerned that I would be left with unassembled p
arts until then. I appreciate their immediate response and offer and decided to go to the store in the interest of time. Changing the rating in view of their good service and will revisit once I have the chairs assembled if I love them as so many others do. Original review: Have not got this put together yet. The first hour or two I tried and spent on it though was EXCEEDINGLY frustrating. The holes do not align as others have said. For one person alone, it’s a bear. And I am an engineer. Then I dropped the little insert that goes in the mini ratchet they sent. Nice gadget - if you don’t lose the insert. It made the assembly SO much easier. Since so many reviewers have said how friendly and helpful the sellers are, how they go out of their way to help anyone, I contacted them. They told me to go to a hardware store. Yes they responded. And I may love the chairs after I assemble them. So 2 stars.
