The quality is great. There so many zippers!! It feels thick so the material can definitely hold for a while. The inside just like other reviews have shown. Have the blue inside with pink butterfly print which is super cute. It did come with the key chain and pins just as shown in the product pictures. But I had my own so I gave those to my little sister. Definitely great for traveling too! It’s so big! And has the zipper in the back of the bag for any important items. My mom wants one now too. What for? She doesn’t know yet she just loves how cute it is. 😆 I also like how on the side of the bag it’s adjustable to how wide the bag can be. I'd been using the same backpack for about a decade and really needed an upgrade. I'm glad that I trusted the reviews and purchased this. First, I really like that this backpack has wide straps, and they're somewhat thick as well. My old backpack had thin and narrower straps and if I needed to hold a lot of stuff it would strain my back after a while. Second, I'm loving all of the compartments. My old backpack didn't have many compartments and it was getting to be a problem for me because I felt like my backpack was always disorganized. I also had to use pencil cases and stuff to group my items together so that everything could have its own space, and when I have to carry a lot of stuff it was harder for me to fit everything in because of it. With this backpack, because there's more compartments, I can give everything it's own space and I don't need to use the pencil cases anymore. I also think that while the design is simple, it's aesthetically pleasing. My only problem with this backpack is that there's only one mesh pocket on the side. I actually prefer it when backpacks have 2 mesh pockets. The pocket with the buckle is fine I guess, but not my favorite. The pins and the keychain that come with the bag are actually really good quality! I was expecting them to be cheap freebies but they actually look really good. They were located inside the big front pocket. Update: I'm lowering my review to 4 stars. I've used this bag in the rain, and water does get through which is concerning. Especially at the bottom of the bag, my stuff got wet which is frustrating. I think what I'm going to do is add a plastic sheet to the bottom to prevent my things from getting wet again. If you're looking for something that can hold everything, but is still a bit compact, then this is perfect! I can fit a 12 inch laptop (I think could fit up to 14 inches), 2 notebooks, a thick pencil case, an A6 binder, and a thick/compact lunchbox (OR a 64oz water bottle). The small pockets are good for easy access items. The top outside one is a good size to fit an A6 binder. The secondary, large pocket can fit some thin items if you have the main pocket full. The side pocket fits a 16oz water bottle, but I can't image it fitting anything bigger as the strap and small pocket are a bit restrictive. The straps are some of the best features! Everything together feels very heavy in your hands, but it does NOT feel that way once you put the bag on. It is so soft and comfortable I don't even feel the weight on my back. ... show more

When I purchased this product, I thought I was just buying an average backpack. I was wrong. This backpack is BEYOND amazing. It is definitely worth the value of money. The quality of it is 100% perfect. It does not feel cheap. The material is soft and smooth, but indeed durable. The zipper handle feels heavy (a good thing) and sturdy. It has many pockets inside and out (even a hidden pocket in the back side!) Very spacious. I can fit my 15.6 inch laptop, my Chromebook tablet, and my PlayStation 5 Slim. It has just the right amount of padding to protect my electronics. Not to mention that they also give you a couple of randomized pins with your purchase!
