Hiboom’s putter set comes with eight different colored golf putters. The clubs’ color variations make them easy to assign to our guest miniature golf players. We have a Put & Play course within 100 yards of our house that my kids and their families like to play at when visiting us for holidays and vacations. In the past, I had to reserve putters for them ahead of their visits. Too often, however, I’d forget to go down to the rec center to make those arrangements, thus leaving the family unable to play. Now, we have our own putters and colored golf balls. The youngest in the family is a 10-year-old grandson. The 33-inch putters that came in the 8-pack are a little long for him, but just. At his current rate of growth, they’ll be fine for him next year. Each plastic-encased iron putter head and handle weigh about 12 ounces. I had no problem getting a nice swing and follow-through using the one-handed putter hold I prefer. A nice side benefit of these clubs is that I don’t have to worry about my grandson damaging one of the expensive putters in my golf bag. The Hiboom 8 pack of putters arrived in good order, with the eight putters (in various colors, not black like the current advert), and golf balls (also in colors) I tested (4) of these, and they offered good, smooth, even putting for someone who knows (marginally!) how to do so. These would be great for a bevy of kids on a putting green or Putt-Putt Golf…or even real play on a course in a pinch. The creep of multi-colored golf balls is a big bonus - not mixing up at Putt-Putt! The shafts are straight and putting faces true; for what these are they offer fair, not great, value for money.
