I have put a few hundred miles on my Sola bike since I got. I use most days. It has made it possible for me to go on longer bike rides without getting exhausted. It still gives me adequate exercise without stressing my old body out.     • I love mine
I was a little worried about the 7 speed, but it seems to be geared perfectly. I also love the ride quality. The seating position is very upright. I'm coming from a gravel bike that was too aggressive, so its nice. I might even try putting the handlebars forward slightly so that I lean forward slightly more. If you're too upright then bumps send a shock right up your spine. The motor is amazing and quiet. I suppose if I had one gripe so far, its that it gives too much assistance in 1. You can still get a great workout, but it shifts everything up to about 20 to 22 mph. Without assistance I can sustain 12 to 14 mph without much effort, which is remarkable for a 50lb bike. The components all seem well made, though the chain seems to have arrived un-lubricated, which wasn't a problem for me since I have some finish line dry lubrication sitting around, but I wonder how many people put it together and just start riding without lubricating the chain. I was able to ride it without any adjustments, but I will need to adjust the derailleur soon. I would expect this. This is a huge bike, so if you're small then you may be intimidated by it. ... show more
