This is the perfect griddle! Very few companies produce round stove top griddles and to find one large enough to be worthwhile was a game changer. It really is non stick and cooks perfectly and evenly. Just remember to keep the temperature lower than you might be accustomed. EDIT AFTER 5 USES: Following all instructions the pan is no longer totally nonstick. For the price, it's no better than others I've used for far less. Even heat, no stick, easy prep and clean up BUT... Everything slides away from the center to the edges! The food came out ok, but it's going to take some getting used to.
