I was skeptical that this could be high quality for the price I paid, but it has actually been great. No blemishes or rust so far. The water drains fully and no leaks. The touchless faucet has been working very well for several weeks now and I like it much more than I thought I would. The soap dispenser being refillable without having to climb under the sink is nice, too. Altogether, worth every penny. Full disclosure, ours arrived with a slight bend to the back/faucet flange, but I was easily able to straighten it out perfectly with a mallet. It's possible that better, more expensive packaging might have helped, but maybe not, so I doubt it would be worth that additional cost. ... show more

This is a nice looking sink. The first one I purchased when I laid it upside down on the counter to measure the opening it was warped. You could push down on one corner and the opposite would come off the counter. I ordered a replacement and it was fine. Seems to be very sturdy.

Could not get support to resolve the leaking handle. Installed sink and faucet. Turned water on and faucet handle dripped water. Contacted Amazon and Herogo to try to resolve issue and neither could help. All they could offer was to return the package however the sink is siliconed in and would destroy the countertop. The agents refused to understand my issue and hung up on me. Extremely disappointed. ... show more

Nice sink-however-it arrived dented and bent around the edges in various places so in order to place it and use it we’re going to have to try and straighten the edges back out and hope for it to lay flat 😭
