The original filter will probably last much longer since it can be rinsed out. There were two filters. Fit and work well. Good value for the money. Easy to install. Just twist the filter counterclockwise to remove it. Look very similar to Dyson filters but these cost much less.

Figured we’d try these filters as a final effort before spending $500 on a new vac. BAM! We’re back in business. While the Dyson HEPA filters are easily washable, it is nice to have at least one spare to use, while the other(s) are drying after a wash. This backup/replacement filter fit our Dyson perfectly and was a fair price.

Nothing annoyed me more than when I washed my filter and needed to vacuum but it was still wet. Now I can always have a clean dry filter. I'll never have them all in use at the same time.
