The color is not a bright color like the photos is more a dusty blue color. Also the plates are not as deep as I thought they would be. But as far as plates go- they are nice. Good weight. Not too heavy. If you want a brighter color or a deeper plate, these are not for you.

I was hoping that these would match "close enough" with my current dishes that I love. I had broke 2 plates, and didn't need more bowls, salad plates, etc. They match so close! The only downfall is that that they are very high gloss, and feel a slippery. If you have kids who do the dishes, I would be leary. Once you get some soap and water on then, they are pretty slick.
