The media could not be loaded. I like this tv stand. Pretty easy to put together just a lot of pieces. Hardest part was screwing in the fireplace because it’s a tight fit so make sure you have a long thin Phillips screw driver to fit in there. Gives out some heat but not a ton. I wish you could change the colors of the flames though. But overall it was a great purchase ... show more

The heater does not have controlled settings and it does not have remote. The option is on or off, only, and while on it is extremely hot. After few uses it stopped working. Very expensive model that lasted only few months and less than 30 uses. There is no support for the malfunction offered on the sellers website. We will have to buy new unit as a solution, and new more advanced units are on the market for much less then this unit. I would not recommend buying. It’s also very cheap looking fireplace. It is extremely heavy and requires whole day assembly. I have nothing positive to share. ... show more

Arrived in a horribly broken and dented box. Poorly taped and styrofoam was basically disintegrated. Only one piece with minor damage and we decided since it wouldn’t show to live with it. Came together ok and looks good in the space. Good quality for the cost for sure. But the UPS delivery for it will likely damage it so be prepared to return it. ... show more
