Took me about 2 hours to install on my Western plow. I bolted and welded the mounting brackets. Have only plowed twice with it so far but has held up well. Seems to stop side spillage a little. Adds overall width. Easy to take off. Pull 3 pins. Would recommend.

    • Somewhat confusing installation, much stronger than they look

After some head scratching and finding my hole saws I was able to get these installed. I welded the brackets but drilling and bolting would be just as effective. I was worried about how strong these would be but they have held up to a my maniacal snow plowing this winter in New England. I couldn't begin to design and build these for the cost. Saved me 25% in time by keeping snow from going past the end of the plow and having to take multiple passes. If you even think you might want these, get them. Straightforward instructions had to cut an access panel on the back of my plow for the pin that goes through mold board. Haven’t used them yet but happy with the quality and how they’re universal.

The media could not be loaded. Got this to extend my plow to be wider than my machine. Mounted it to a 50” Moose plow. Installation instructions was not much of a help, which is why i gave it 3 stars. I watched several videos of other plow wings to get an idea of how it should mount. In order for it to fit, I had to do some fabrication with my welder as I think this is meant for a full size plow. I think it turned out great! Have not used it yet, but I think will work well. It would help to have better instructions to include alternate ways to mount. ... show more
