We used it one time and tow robe broke. I texted the company and they got right back to me. They were very good about replacing the whole tube at to charge. I would recommend this company for anything you buy. They are fast and very accommodating.

    • Fun while it lasted for an hour
We were super excited to receive this. Blew it up this past weekend and took it out in the bay. Everything was good for the first hour. Then we noticed the back started to deflate. We took it in and added more air and went back out. We ended up having to add air 2 more times before I finally got frustrated and called customer service to do a return. It sucks that we just received it and couldn’t even enjoy it for a day! Our young boys kept falling off because when they leaned back, it deflated so much they fell backwards and off into the water. By the time we got in, it took in so much water as well that it was so heavy! Not only did the back deflate but it also became so waterlogged we had to call it quits. Guess we have to look for a better quality one with no holes and leaks. ... show more
