This scooter arrived on time and packaged well for a journey. The construction is well thought out and the only trouble spot was attaching the mirrors to the handlebars. One installed fine. The other is still not attached well, since I had a hard time putting the nut on the end of the bolt, since I had to do that connection inside the handlebars. I will figure it out at some point, I hope. The scooter runs really well and has an impressive ability to hold a charge. I previously read that it was preferred to ride these things on smooth surfaces, but it does very well in our large backyard that has a variety of dips and bumps. We've only used it at the 4mph speed, but I'm sure when my wife gets it out of our backyard, she will happily switch to the 15mph setting. The color is beautiful, a nice cherry red. I really like the feature that allows you to turn off the battery when not in use. This was a good purchase. ... show more
