The punching bag is well made and very sturdy. Even though it’s Faux leather, the material really feels and looks like genuine leather. Assembly was extremely simple and it was up and ready in minutes. The gloves that came with it are ok for now but will be replaced with something better in the near future, I've had this bag for about a week and so far I love it. I've set it up in my garage and haven't even added any sand or water yet. The suction on the bottom is solid. This punching bag is good for home use for getting some exercise. It's not strong enough to be loaded with sand up to 150 pounds, nor would I use it as a light bag for a strong man's intensive workout. That said, this bag should be fine when filled with polyfill or old blankets up to 40 pounds or so and then used for a man's light workout or a child or woman's full workout. Like the bag itself, the chains and other hardware included with the bag are fine for a light bag and home use. They are not strong enough for a heavy bag, but the hardware is stronger than the bag so they shouldn't be a problem. ... show more

This is my first attempt to buy a punching bag that I had to fill it with clothes. My dad was skeptical to start with. In the past he would buy a finished product. It was easier than expected. But with this price, it was worth to attempt. We stuff it with clothes quickly. I suppose we could have been much pickier about the size and type of clothes but we can redo it very easily if dad wasn't happy with the feel of it. The supplied hardware is excellent, I used an adjustable light hanger to achieve the desired height. The bag is already showing signs of wear as seen in the photo with moderate use, but I suppose it’s okay for the price point.
