My other one broke because I accidentally dropped it so got this one. My little girl loves that it is heart shaped. Her favorite thing is to dye the batter before we uses it. She also likes that these product thinner waffles than other ones. Pretty easy to use, put some batter in it and turn the dial to the amount of cooking you want and have great tasting waffles.
