    • Horrible is an understatement
On the rare occasion that it would work, the volume had to be turned so it was useless. If you enjoy feedback and the screeching noise that accompanies it, these would be perfect. The only way to stop the screeching is to turn them off. Ear plugs would work just as well. I guess you could say that it was a waste of time. ... show more

They seemed good or ok but hubby had trouble using them. He could not use them with his glasses so he would get frustrated with them. If you do not wear glasses they would be ok.

I bought this hearing sound aid on September 26, 2023 and starting yesterday the right side of ear plug is creating constant extreme irritating noise and can not be used anymore.

My three star rating is based on a comparison against my aging Costco units when they were fresh and new. Finding I can live with the fact that these units amplify everything equally with no provision to tune in or out too high or too low frequencies. Realistically the low price of these units makes it a no brainer expense. one hearing aid exploded while it was getting charged for the first time. Amazon said that the return deadline expired. This was a Christmas gift to my brother and we exchanged presents after Christmas. An Amazon rep told me on the phone that she did not have a contact number and stated an email would be sent to me by a "specialist".
