You put hearing aids in it original holder and plug it in to charge in the evening both devices at the same time.. The hearing device has been wonderful and there is no more screaming so my dad can hear. This is relieved much stress from anyone trying to talk to my dad. The hearing aids are poor fitting, fell out. Also stick out of the ear, do not lay flat.
