The price for the Walmart Equate brand of cold medicine, Equate Severe Cold & Flu Caplets, 24 Count, zoomed up this fall to $4.98 from about $2 last fall, so I searched Amazon for the same ingredients at a lower price and found HealthA2Z Mucus Relief DM and HealthA2Z Decongestant PE. Buying these over the one's in the blister package that's around 10 bucks for a couple dozen pills. Any time you can get a large quantity of generics in a bottle over the brand name in blister package, you are going save a lot of money. True bargain compared to over-the-counter brand name Sudafed. Seems to work equally well at a fraction of the cost. Apparently Sudafed is being taken off the market, so I'm glad able to get two bottles of this.
