My first smart ring and I must say it didn't disappoint me at all. First of all, I just randomly guessed my ring size and got an 8, which is slightly on the tighter side but i guess it's fine cuz it won't fall off my finger this way. I found this ring to be quite useful. I was skeptical at first about the steps tracking, but it doesn't update in real time, but after a bunch of steps and after a few minutes. The app connection was easy. Tracked my sleep for a week and I think the hours are slightly on the lower side, but it works well. Witht the charging case handy, I don't think charging would ever be an issue with this ring. I have it worn all day, easily lasts for 4-5 days in one charge, and do all my chores like washing hands, dishes, cooking, while wearing this ring without having to worry about it getting damaged cuz of water. I wish it had more data tracking like some of the smart watches do like BMI, body mass index and stuff...but I guess for the price and for a small ring this is what we can get. ... show more

Very easy to set up! Fits well! Battery stays charged up for a long time between charges. I like that I can see my steps, oxygen, and blood pressure and steps walked as well as how well I sleep at night! I also like that it has a charging case. Very pleased with this purchase!

I tried the very high priced product only to be disappointed. I saw this ring that was very affordable. I got this ring, it took so long to get to me, It was in the range given me, but I have gotten used to fast turn-a- round. Regardless. I did read the other reviews and was cautious. First, I love this ring. This thing is great. Fits perfectly. There are no raised bumps (sensors) on the inside so it is not bothersome at all. Next, I use this for steps, goal in steps. I use the heart rate, looks very accurate. It does blood oxygen level, but mine is 99% all the time so this seems good. It measures BP, REALLY? Yes, it does BP. After a few re-calibrations it looks accurate. I've compared it to my other BP cuff. It also measures sleep, I'm learning this one. I am watching the battery, so far it is looking like it will need to be charged every 4-5 days. I'll do an update as I use this more, just had it for a week so far. The charger/case are nice. As silly as it sounds, the charger came with a lanyard. Why do I like that? Well I can hang it in an obvious place and not lose it like the small easily lose-able charger that other rings came with. I did read other reviews. The ones that seemed to be the most negative looked to me like they were about the app. For me, it is showing all the instantaneous vitals and daily steps very well. So for me, this is perfect. Update #1, OK, I was silly and decided my car needed to be washed in 50 degree temperature. Who realized your fingers/thump shrunk in cold weather. Well it fell off of my thump and hit the concrete driveway. Still works, no scratches no marks at all. Very Impressed. I am not sure I read the full description, but I have worn this while doing dishes, no issues at all. I do take it off in the shower, but that is me just removing stuff in the shower. ... show more

This ring fits true to size. I ware it to my Rehab and the numbers it reads is very close to the Rehab numbers. I ware it at night and it tracks my sleep, hear rate, BP and SPo2. I love it.

    • I wanted to love this ring, but…

…but I’m one week in and I’ve officially given up. :/ I have wanted to retire my Fitbit for ages and when I saw this ring…I was SO excited. It was easy enough to set up & the first day it worked beautifully. Day 2: it unpaired from my Bluetooth at some point. Assuming it was just a glitch, I charged it fully again (just in case) & paired it back to Bluetooth again. By that night? Unpaired. The next day was even worse. I paired it maybe five times? Same with the next few days after that. Now, I have multiple devices paired to my Bluetooth (AirPods, light projectors, etc.). Zero connection issues. This ring? Will. Not. Stay. Paired. Like, not at all. And constantly having to check the status makes tracking my steps/heartrate/blood pressure/pulse ox SO cumbersome. With my Fitbit, I could just check in as needed but I could confidently know my steps were being tracked correctly, etc. I spent $70 on literally nothing & I have so many regrets as a result. The concept is amazing but the constant need for surveillance made this a huge miss for me. And now I’m $70 poorer as a result. So, so, so disappointed. ... show more

    • Knockoff issues with functionality and app

This does perform the health tracking functions - oxygen, heart rate, blood pressure, sleep tracking, steps meter (pedometer). The app however is obviously a translate from an Asian language and as well the app is a bit confusing, especially as regards connectivity and changing preferences and settings. I found it a bit too wonky for my taste so did elect to return this item, considering a Samsung or Google mainstream alternative albeit either of those are twice the price or more. If you do consider one, be very sure of your ring size as it must be snug and not too loose (an issue with this technology in general). ... show more

Works as expected. Did calibration steps shown in the app several times against new BP cuff putting ring on same arm as cuff and was able to get readings within 5 or 6 numbers consistently! Close enough to know if my BP is a problem when out hiking. Heart rate is often same as watch or BP cuff reading. Normally watch step count behind ring. I think this is because watch doesn’t register steps normally when shuffling around the kitchen or at the workbench while to hand moves more and is recorded as steps. Went in 3 mile walk with ring in same hand as watch and ring recorded 65 steps more than the watch. At end of the same day watch records 11,402 steps and ring recorded 11,272 steps so somehow it caught up this day. Again not exactly same but close enough.
