At first, I was skeptic of trying out a new paddle from a company that I’ve never even heard of. This product has exceeded my expectations and has given me similar, if not, better performance than popular pro-line paddles. The havok pro paddle provided me excellent power, spin, and control. I was able to pin point and land my shots with ease. The textured surface allowed me to hit a lot of spin and power on my serves and the majority of them landed in. Dinks were a little more harder for to do, but I think its more of me still learning how to dink properly. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with this purchase. For the price of $149 on amazon and the quality of the paddle makes it a steal. Definitely a competitor for the top of the line paddles out in the market. My only complaint is that I wish the grip had more “girth” to it. Its more of a flat octagon than a round one. Otherwise, I am very interested in seeing new releases from this company! ... show more

Like most people I just bought a beginner set to learn with but quickly realized I needed to upgrade. I’ve done weeks of research and tried about 30 different paddles with cost not being of issue. I was previously using a P Tek paddle. It was my first paddle and I used it for 3 years. I felt it was starting to get a little heavy and I didn't feel like I was playing my best. Tried a friends at a match and loved it! Bought my own the same night! Was so excited. When I say this WILL improve your game, that's no lie! My backhand is much stronger because of the lightweight.
