UPDATED: 100%. Customer service amazing and sent me a new plug and all is great! 99% perfect! 1% bummer listed below. I plan to reach out to customer service to see what can be done. This frame is so pretty, sturdy, and I put it together by myself. Now, I am using it on adjustable beds so it’s only the outside but. I absolutely love this bed. I went to buy it and it was out of stock, so I contacted customer service and the seller was OUTSTANDING! They told me when it would be back in stock, and I reached out when it wasn’t. They apologized and said that it was being delayed for whatever reason… And told me the date again it would be back in stock and they asked if I could wait, and I agreed to wait because I wanted this bed… I went back the day they said it was supposed to be in stock and it was a weekend, so luckily when I contacted them the following day, which was Monday, they said it was officially back in order sent me a link and I purchased it right then. I hadn’t even purchased anything from the seller and they were unbelievably kind and patient with me. ONE NEGATIVE **** The ONLY bad thing is one of the USB connections on the bed doesn’t work, so that was kind of a bummer. ... show more

I love the look and the fact that you can change the color on the LED lights. It is sturdy all the parts were there. Do you have to assemble it can take time but worth it extremely worth it for the price it’s fabulous.!

Couldn’t be happier about the finished outcome. Instructions provide no words, if at all minimal BUT eeeeeasy to put together if you can follow instructions so don’t be a dummy. No squeak, no wobble, 100% sturdy and comfy. If I had to buy it again, I would.

The bed is great. However the instructions are not very clear, and there are so many pieces used to assemble. The bed is affordable, because of the labor attached to it's assembly. It took eight hours to assemble the bed properly. It sleeps great, but you will earn your goodnight sleep.

I was able to put it together mostly by myself. Directions were pretty easy to follow. The bed is lightweight- the one thing I’m having trouble adjusting to is it feels low to the ground compared to my old bed so that will take some getting used to. We bought this for a head board. We have an adjustable base, so no need for support rails at the bottom. However, it’s sturdy, so you can trust it to support your mattress Why we like it: - upgraded a to a king so need to get rid of nightstand - plenty of space on top. We have 32 oz water bottles so we needed something sturdy to hold them - drawer space for books and whatever else you need - LED light in the shelves. You can connect an app to your phone - outlets in the head board What we have: - Ease Adjustable base (12 inches high) - Mattress 13” high Notes: - need 2 people - not heavy - 22 steps to build -easy instructions to follow -no drill needed -took 5 hours for the whole process to be completed -delivery came 4 days late but only took 8 days to come since ordering If you buy look back at these notes: - Part 1: #17 make sure those tiny holes on the flat part are facing out - Part 2: make sure the light strip doesn’t start at the end of the board In one of the pictures you see we only have 2 bars going horizontal. We had to take the #4 near the foot board off for our adjustable base to fit. ... show more
