UPDATED: 100%. Customer service amazing and sent me a new plug and all is great! 99% perfect! 1% bummer listed below. I plan to reach out to customer service to see what can be done. This frame is so pretty, sturdy, and I put it together by myself. Now, I am using it on adjustable beds so it’s only the outside but. I absolutely love this bed. I went to buy it and it was out of stock, so I contacted customer service and the seller was OUTSTANDING! They told me when it would be back in stock, and I reached out when it wasn’t. They apologized and said that it was being delayed for whatever reason… And told me the date again it would be back in stock and they asked if I could wait, and I agreed to wait because I wanted this bed… I went back the day they said it was supposed to be in stock and it was a weekend, so luckily when I contacted them the following day, which was Monday, they said it was officially back in order sent me a link and I purchased it right then. I hadn’t even purchased anything from the seller and they were unbelievably kind and patient with me. ONE NEGATIVE **** The ONLY bad thing is one of the USB connections on the bed doesn’t work, so that was kind of a bummer. ... show more

I took a chance and bought this bedframe based off other reviews. I'll admit I was seriously skeptical buying off Amazon, but I'm not disappointed in the least. Despite not being solid wood, it's very sturdy and very well made. It did take 2 hours for my husband and I to assemble but instructions were clear and precise and all of the tools were there. Love the bed frame! It's nice and sturdy, Only thing I will complain about is the LED lights! It took over two hours to try and get them on but I gave up and just finished putting the bed together. So I have no LED lights on my headboard but that's ok. The barn doors make the bed extremely cute and I can hid whatever I don't want my dog chewing up ... show more

Took a while to put together. Husband loves the lights. When they work. There's a short in the plug in it. Other then that it's worth the money. Pretty cheap. Set aside a few hours to put it together. all in all I love it. Giving it a 3 star because of the outlet not working.

Love the headboard! It’s beautiful. The sliding compartments are nice, as well as the LED lights. BUT the frame needs work. It’s loud when you get in, or move in bed, and the middle legs have already bent, causing the mattress to dip in the middle. It’s just me in this king size bed, but I roll to the middle every night. Updating to say that after having it for less than six months, it has actually snapped the metal in half. After my divorce, my daughter and I sometimes sleep together we might weigh 350 to 380 pounds max together. ... show more
