TL;DR - I am very happy with this bed and would buy it again. Good to know: - sturdy - not too hard to assemble - lights and charging box are separate pieces so you could upgrade them if you felt so inclined - Loomie customer service was fast and helpful I got this bed for about $160 and $80 shipping on a prime day. One color of my LED strip was broken in the middle so Loomie refunded me $50 to enable me to replace the lights myself locally, rather than make me wait for new ones in the mail. The bed arrived fast. I thought the instructions were clear and easy to follow. It took myself and my boyfriend one lazy afternoon to assemble it with minimal cursing. It's not too heavy once assembled and looks nice in person. The charging port is only like five volts so to fast charge you need to plug in a brick. But as I said, you can probably find an aftermarket charging strip that fits in the slot if it really bothers you. It hasn't been a big deal here. The lights are simple but nice enough for the job and come with a remote that includes a few sleep timer buttons that run up to four hours. You can dim them. There is also an app with a scheduler. It pairs over Bluetooth, but it was kind of klunky and it was easier to use the remote. The lights thread through a hole in the back of the headboard and velcro to a fuzzy strip on the top inside of the cubby shelf. It is not hard to replace them. I plan to replace mine with some smart lighting that works with my other house stuff. The hydraulic makes it easy to lift the bed, even for someone like me who cannot open jars usually. It feels safe and steady but I do wish they'd put a safety bar somewhere. There is so much storage! It's less like having an under the bed space and more like having an entire extra closet. You can really stack things up as long as you don't block the couple small places where a support leg needs to come down. It looks great and when we move I don't think it'll be too hard to disconnect the metal from the upholstery and move it. I have cats and they tried to scratch it and the fabric is really resilient! And it's super sturdy. No squeaks, no wobbling. Super buy! I'm so glad I did it! I'll come to this company again when I need furniture. ... show more

Using it since more than 2 months and it’s very sturdy and comfortable. Built in storage space is huge and very useful. Also LED Light adds great look and color is very elegant too. Worth every penny that I paid for it. It’s heavy enough to keep it sturdy but easily movable too. Highly recommend!

The only downsides are it was a pain to assemble (everything is marked clearly and the instructions are well written, it's just a lot of pieces) and that even with the hydraulic lifts the lift top is not easy to raise, but I expected that considering my mattress is THICC. All the things I love: the durability, sturdiness, it's quiet, gorgeous color and material, comfortable height, phenomenal storage, cats can't get under my bed anymore, it's a low profile king size bed so it doesn't overtake my entire bedroom, love the shelf and the LED light strip - it's perfect for reading at night and so easy to use with the remote! ... show more

Had to reinforce the headboard to the rest of the frame cause it wobbles too much for my liking. Putting it together took about 4+ hours with a friend helping me. Some screw holes were slightly off and had hard gunk in them that we had to scrape out in order to put screws in. Wasn’t that much of a problem for us but was definitely annoying. Otherwise, material is great, storage space is great, does not creak at all, Leds are amazing and have an optional timer setting. Big warning after putting in the poles that hold the bed up in the lifted position: once those are in, the frame will pop up easy on you if there is no mattress or weight holding it down. We did not think of this at the time so my friend accidentally put pressure on just the right spot which made the frame pop up and smack my crotch because i happened to be standing at the perfect spot for that 😂 hold it down when youre still messing around with building. ... show more

Spent months looking for a queen size bed for guest room that can replace my old bed which is not fuctioning well for the look and the features. One day the storage bed popped up on my feed so I decided to check it out. After 20mins reading the information I decided to get this one, I like the design, the storage under the bed (great for me for the guest bedroom) and also the plug ins on top of the bed. It took about 5 business days to get it delivered. I was worried about it at first because it didn't move for first 3 days and stuck in CA for 3 days. But it got delivered on time. It took two of us about 1.5hrs to put the bed together. I was really happy that the instruction is really clear and easy to follow. Yes there are many parts but put them in groups and follow the instruction it was easy. The bed itself is solid. **Like many others said, after you put in the hydraulics, it will not fold that easy, because it has to support that weight on top after you put mattress on. I was wondering how to fold the bed back and my partner tried to push it down harder and it closed, so it is not really the hydraulic system problem if you have a hard time to push it down. Just push harder**. Also, there is no smell from any parts. I thought at first it would have some glue smell or something but nope, that's great. This is a really nice bed frame. It does take 2 people to assemble. I recommend using a drill if you have the right bit for it. It also takes some time to assemble, took us about 3 hours. But it’s very worth the work and time. The storage space is very spacious and it’s very sturdy and comfortable.
